FOOD SECTOR

- Automatic System of manipulation, type pick&place with optical sight for the recognition, caught,
  quality control of pieces (nuts, screws, washers, plugs, etc.) and feed to high speed wrapping
  machine type Flow-Pack ( up to 2.000 pieces/minute) developed by Smart Technology.

 
- Pick&Place with optical sight to introduce the pieces in boxes.  The Robot is capable of detecting
  the pieces to catch, recognizing the position on the belt conveyor and then to introduce in boxes. 

- The optical sight permits to the Robot to see the adequate positioning of the useful one facilitating
  the homogeneous placement of the pieces in the boxes.

  
- Robot of manipulation of fruits and vegetables (peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, artichoke,
  onion, etc.) for feed to wrapping machine type Flow-Pack. Itīs permits the products assortment
  generation to high speeds.  


 

- Manipulation Robot of  frozen and fresh products (hamburgers, San jacobos, thigh of sea, surimi,
  meat, masses, croquettes, patty, pieces of fish, etc.) for feed to wrapping machine type
  Flow-Pack.

- Paletizing Robots:

    Installation to the end  of process lines for  caught of  of different sizes and weigh of boxes and
    then to formation of different mosaics in all kinds of palets.
